Any going to Uganda this Christmas? I'm thinking of going over around the 16th of December for 3 weeks.

Is Bujagali falls still there? Is Silverback runnable? At what stage is the dam? I see google earth has the Jinja area covered in detail now.

Anyone else from here heading over then? Just booked my ticket yesterday! Wanted to get there before that dam swallows up all the rapids.
