Car got broken into in Sluice car park on the 27th of April.

They first tried to pop my central locking by cutting the cables from the engine to the front passenger door. When that didnt work they smashed the quarter window into my boot (estate).

They went for my trousers in the boot and got away with an empty wallet, which I got back that evening.

At least two break-ins have occurred in Sluice car park in broad daylight in as many weeks while paddlers were away from their vehicles paddling at the Sluice. The perpetrators manage to smash the back windows of cars without setting off the cars' alarm by shattering the pane at the base and then gently pushing the shattered glass in and reaching for valuables.

Car broken into, between 12 and 1, at Ballard Bridge (Bookies). Silver jeep. Did any one see anything of note. They are still out there!

just to let people know the Autodoc van was broken into at The Sluice on wed afternoon between 3.00 & 4.00 (both back windows were smashed) & my jeans were nicked. Luckily only some small change in the pockets.

Folks, same old craic but just to let ye know that car's were broken into at the get out in slane today (car park on main rd). Usual craic in wrecking locks and taking cash but I think this time they got a good bit of cash from one paddler so you can be sure they will be out again soon.

Apart from that the river is at a lovely level!

Hi there,

A Green Pyranha H3 245 was stolen from the roof of my van in Sutton about a year ago. The boat has a very distinctive two inch gash in the nose (which may now be welded)

Last night my car 03-02-08  was stolen outside of my house in Kilkenny, there were 2 boats on the roof bars. One was my Perception Mr. Clean (C1) & the other was my kid brothers Jackson Fun 1.

car broken into at the picnic area on the annamoe on saturday 15 December between 1.30 to 2.30pm. Money and items taken, pro job not much damage to the car.
