Scouting the Upper Colca, October 28th 2008

Does anybody have any experience flying with LAN airlines. Im flying to Peru(with boat) on the 17th of July,  Aer Lingus to JFK connecting with a LAN airlines flight from JFK to Lima.

I havent been able to find any advice about how kayak friendly they are. Anybody got any advice? It be a killer to have to leave a boat in JFK.

Anybody been there and have any advice, tips, contacts etc?
