Date for reconvene ICU Annual General Meeting
Due to time constraits and because of an exceptionally large agenda, the ICU Annual General Meeting was adjourned at 5:00 pm on October 18th. All other business on the agenda was completed before the adjournment with the exception of the remaining Items received for consideration by the Meeting The meeting will be re convened on Satuday, November 8th starting at 11:00 am in the Citywest Hotel, Naas Road, Co. ICU AGM & TDU AGM - Change of Venue!
ICU AGM: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the venue for the Irish Canoe Union's 2007 AGM has been changed to the Green Isle Hotel, Nass Road, Dublin.
The time of the meeting is unchanged and will take place on Saturday, October 18th, 2008 at 3:00 pm. The meeting will be preceeded by the ICU Training & Dvelopment's AGM which will start at 11:00 am. View all AGM Documents here.
Great Outdoors Canoe Achievement Awards
The awards will be presented at the ICU AGM at Finnstown House on October 18th. This marks the second year of sponsorship from Great Outdoors and Eoin Rheinisch is favourite for Paddler of the Year - The Salmon Leap Trophy. ICU President Eamon Devoy says that "these awards are a step forward for us and by marking todays achievements we enable tomorrows achievements to happen."
