hey all. does anyone have any idea if tuam hole will be working this weekend? also, if not, has anyone any info on the oranmore tidel spot? i have its rough location, but will it be working on sunday/monday? does it follow the same rules as clifden (which would make it work about 1pm this sunday if my internet research is right)

the next event in the Freestyle calendar will be the Clifden Rodeo on the weekend of the 3rd & 4th Oct. This event will form event four of five for the National Freestyle League for '09, aswell as being the second and final event of the National Championships for '09.

hey guys,

i'm tryna get over to the west for the clifden rodeo. would anyone be able to give me a lift from the dublin vacinity if its not too much trouble? I can get a train to galway either if someone is able to give a lift from there?

i know it's short notice but it would be much appreciated if it can be organised.

One of the locals has said that the work on Clifden bridge has started - there is apparently scaffolding around the arches of the bridge that could prevent us paddling in the hole.

Apparently it looks like it's ok from upstream but noone has paddled there yet. Anyone thinking of heading that way would probably do well to check with someone first, especially if its a long drive.

Some of my mates are heading to clifden for the Girly weekend and being Girls camping may not be on the cards for some of them.

Just wondering if anyone has any info on cheap places to saty relatively near to the Feature, B&B, hostel or hotel doing really good recesison busting prices.

They are students too

Any help would be great
