So our first crew Of Tony Walsh, Brian Somers and Kevin Jennings were set to depart from Rosslare today but because of the howling winds on the south coast they are set to leave Dun Laoighre at 2230. The boys are heading off for 7 weeks driving around europe in whats been dubbed "Tonys Big Blue Fun Bus".

The boys are going to be making their way slowly down through France Slowly heading towards l'Argentiere, where hopefully they will catch up with the second group flying out on June 5th.

Hey guys was wondering if any of you can recommend a car hire company for hitting the alps.

You know the score, can provide roofracks, don't rip the piss with having under 25's driving etc.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I was bored and the forum is as dry as i dont know what! Not a bit of banter to be had despite Brens best efforts. So I said id post this. We are off this year again, 5th to 24th of June. Youll find us in the l'Argentiere campsite. And at the canoe control party again, if they will ever have another one after we wrecked the place last year.

Just wondering how people will be managing the predicted high water levels for the French alps this year?

Usuall plans of late May into June seem to be under threat of limited choice due to levels.
