The Wicklow Uplands Council is involved in preparing an Outdoor Recreation Strategy for Co. Wicklow. To this end, they have prepared an online survey - details below. I'll be popping along to watch the Flesk RiverJam this year and have a question about access.

I've never paddled the Flesk and have only been on the bank once, about 12 years ago to do video.
