Just as a warning to everyone - the forrestry chaps or who ever manages the forrest on river left have pruned a load of branches from the trees on the river bank and let these branches fall down into the river from the Main falls down to the small boulder garden above the gorge section.  As it stands there are no obstructions on the river - just stay clear of the left bank but if the levels pick up at all - all of these cuttings will be collected and I suspect will create a number of serious strainers.

Also there's a big branch down just before the get off bridge - not a problem on tonights level (dog low) but on higher water it could become a problem.
