Pre-Trials Training Day: Competition Introduction

Open to everyone who want to start or are new to competiting in freestyle kayaking - must be able to roll. What will be covered will be:
-a brief look at how to paddle in competition to do the best you can
-Helping you out with those fancy manouvers called tricks.
Meet in the carpark at 8:30am and on the water for 9.(i know its a tad early but i asked and the moon cant hold it back a few hours)
