Anybody know Malcolm Allen?

Once upon a time I used to work with Malcolm Allen. He was a keen kayaker, and tried to persuade me to give it a try, but I said never in a million years. Malcolm moved to Ireland and we lost touch. Since then I have become very keen on surf kayaking, and I would love to be able to get in touch with Malcolm and tell him this, and maybe get together for a paddle. It occured to me that somebody here might know him.
Malcolm is from Motherwell, Scotland. If you know him, you could tell him Bernie, who he trained with, is looking for him.
