This just in:

There's a kayaking film festival in the Briançon area of the French Alps looking for some foreign entries to mix up their list of movies.

Their English is a bit touch-and-aller but they're sound people.

Entries need to be in by the 25th of June for the screening which is on the 5th of July in a small town called l'Argentiere la Béssée at 20h30 for anyone in the area.
