Barbed Wire on Upper Liffey
There is a shiny new barbed wire fence strung across the bridge at the TAKE OUT!!
Some nice friendly thoughtful farmer, no doubt trying to stop his / her cows / sheep escaping downstream on their inflatable lilos has put barb wire right across the river on the upstream side of the bridge.This will be a particularly large hazard if the river is a bit fuller and if the sun is shining it is going to be really difficult to see.

Can you make a new thread for each alert, ie
"there is now large Scafolding/Acro tubes spanning across each arch of the bridge about a foot above the water at meduim flow... you can get out on river right about 30 meters upstream of it.."
Cus only new threads get sent as SMS's to those following the IWW river alerts.
