Wire on bridge at upr Liffey get-off

Someone has put up a fence across the bridge at the Upper Liffey get-off. It's on the upriver side of the bridge. 3 strands of solid wire (not barbed wire at least!). The level now (11am Friday 21 Sep) is a few inches below runnable and the bottom strand is just below the surface of the water, the other 2 strands are above the water so just about perfect for a paddler to get entangled in.
