I have not been to the sluice for a while and was just wondering what moves can be landed in there on a good release?

Helix?Mc Nasty?Tricky Woo's?Donkey Flips?

Also what moves can be nearly landed by generally end up in a wash and would not be scored in a rodeo?

Does anyone have the latest version of the european / international freestyle rules that they can send me.  I have been looking around the UK and Irish Freestyle sites but cant seem to find them.
